Tech She Can
Delivered technology career workshops in local girls' schools through the charity TechSheCan. Watched students' perceptions shift in real time: by the end of one workshop every student could picture a woman working in tech, up from around half at the start, and their language around a person working in tech expanded from 'shy, introverted and codes all day' to also encompass traits such as 'open-minded, creative and collaborative.'
Her Tech Talent
Member of the Operational Council for PwC's Her Tech Talent initiative, working to uplift and empower women in technology across the organisation. Planned and coordinated hybrid events across the UK including International Women's Day events, career insight sessions with senior female partners, and sessions on balancing career, family, and leadership.
