Corporate Risk Database

I managed the build of the Compliance Risk Database (CRD) for the PwC Channel Islands firm.

Three teams were all relying on the same client risk data, but using it for entirely different purposes.

Client Lifecycle tracked the full journey of a client from opportunity right through to offboarding, with Risk and Compliance sitting as distinct stages within that journey. Compliance utilised the data to complete and submit regulatory questionnaires. Risk utilised it to assess and progress client engagements, deciding how the firm should be taking on or continuing a piece of work for our clients.

I came in to understand the key workflows of each stakeholder group, scope out requirements and prioritise what would be built in Phase 1.
